I had a deeply unsatisfactory experience with them recently. Despite my genuine efforts to work with their policies, I was met with inflexibility and a lack of alternatives when I needed to adjust my booking due to unforeseen work commitments.

The communication from their representative, was polite but ultimately unhelpful. Instead of offering any flexibility or understanding, I was simply informed of their rigid 28-day notice policy, leaving me with no choice but to cancel my booking altogether and lose the money.

It's disheartening to encounter such a lack of consideration for customers' individual circumstances. I had hoped for a more accommodating approach, especially considering the significant investment of time and money involved in booking training courses.

Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be booking any future course with them. I urge others to consider this lack of flexibility before committing to any bookings with them.

I don't suggest to book course with this provider.

Wow, listen to the other reviewer on here. Worst course I've ever attended, and zero interest in feedback from the company involved. Absolutely diabolical service. Not too many providers out there, so groups (like the NHS) are practically forced into using this company. Really, really, really bad. I wouldn't trust your team's medical knowledge with this company. Highly suggest using anyone else. Nobody on our course learned a thing, alas.
