Matt is very knowledgeable and efficient. He sorted out a very unhappy laptop and kept in contact with me while he had the laptop. He gave an excellent service and went out of his way to ensure that I was happy with the results. I will be using Matt for all my computer issues and can recommend him. I am one happy customer!

We are writing this review to let anyone know who is thinking of contacting MK Computing, with IT problems that we was recommended to them by another company that had used them in the past and was really pleased with the outcome .

We have had IT problems for quite a while, but no one actually steered us in the right direction to get it resolved! until we contacted Mat he came and looked at our slow outdated computer system that is the centre of our company, he looked at it and chatted with it about our needs and recommended he could build us a system faster running with much more space with all the programs we needed and then told us about backing the system up online, so we never had to worry about computer crashing etc.

We took his advice and went for it, we was offered a great package built to our unique spec at a reasonable price, within a week we had our computer fully backed up with a new system up and running with the latest up-to-date security, it really was hassle free from the time we called them till today knowing we are in safe reliable hands, we really would recommend to anyone.

Our business was struggling to set up a Site-To-Site VPN to our Headquarters in China so that we are able to use services hosted on the China network. This was a very complex process and after hours of scratching our heads we contacted MK Computing. Matt at MK Computing was extremely helpful and was able to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Not only that but he offered suggestions around security improvements and identified issues in other areas. Cant recommend him enough! Any IT issues large or small i'm sure he can help you 🙂

Gave great advise from the start, spoke to me in a language i could understand, helped with sorting my important work files then backing them up everyday, also my anti virus. this allows me to focus on what i do and know my computers is protected all at a very competitive price.
