Matt and Kay were absolutely brilliant when we arranged a Level 3 Structural survey locally. Sadly our purchase of the property being surveyed didn’t go ahead, but we won’t hesitate to use MKN again. They were very forthcoming with information, any answers to questions, and very accommodating with dates. Matt’s report was produced quickly, laid out and written in an easy to understand format, and was very thorough. Not a single complaint to be had. Thank you Matt and Kay at MKN Surveyors for a very comprehensive home buyers level 2 survey. We sold our property in Scotland recently, where they use Home Buyers packs with the surveys done by the seller. Massive thank to MKN for the service recently provided to us.
