I attended Moira's 'Selling From Heart' online training last week. It started with " To sell well is to convince someone else to part with resources ... ". What a great mindset to have! It continued how to build a relationship with customers, offer solutions and many more. Since the workshop, my perspective on sales has wholly changed, and I am now feeling confident that I deliver value for money and not feel guilty to sell what I offer.
