I'm so happy with more than accountants, who are alwayas quick to help me out with my business accounting. I also appreciate how they handle problems. I experienced a slight blip in service; the quantity of transactions showing in Xero was much higher than my actual turnover and I was mistakenly overcharged for accounting. When I raised this with the team, Senior New Business Consultant Melissa Burrows looked into my accounts and double-checked the figures then actioned a refund and set me back to the appropriate monthly accounting charge. This is a friendly, supportive and helpful accounting business and I appreciated being called with an apology and a full explanation of what went wrong and how it was fixed.
