Almost 2 years now. STILL waiting on the plans for our extension/conversion. Last time we received an email update from was January 2023. Chased a few times. Fortunately we haven't been in a hurry due to the state of things; nonetheless appalling and unnecessary.

Said they could offer me a summer internship position, then blanked me even when I tried to call them. I could have been applying for other companies if you just told me you couldn’t proceed with it. Now I have to wait until next summer for my internship.

Appalling service received. Used a structural engineer who then ignored all requests/emails for months so we had to use someone else as we had zero response and needed to make some progress. Now rude staff are demanding payment for something which hasn’t been fulfilled completely or professionally and their lack of care or customer service is shocking. Would not recommend at all and would avoid if you have any plans you want to actually progress.
