Nigel was very helpful when we purchased our first home. Selina is amazing. We had a really long journey to buying our house, and she was there every step of the way - in fact, I think we’d have never got there without her help! She was incredibly responsive to our questions (there were lots) and worries (even more of those). She helped smooth over a very bumpy application process, and despite having been working with us for more than seven months at that point still took the time to call us several times between exchange and completion to reassure us everything was on track!
