MPL were recommended to us from a reliable source and we happily waited a couple of weeks for our visit due to the holiday period because of their excellent reputation. We obtained 3 quotes, MPL’s was the middle price. Matt is a great guy, extremely knowledgeable and the plans were provided immediately as he had done the background work from our Architect’s plans. The service from MPL has been exceptional; Matt has provided regular support and guidance to the building team following the usual ever changing demands of building control. He has been in constant contact with the builders to tweak plans to suit constraints and overcome obstacles. The collaboration between MPL, our Architect and our builder has been exemplary and Matt’s integrity and dedication to his work is exceptional. Most structural engineers will charge additional fees for phone calls, advice and changes. Matt has included these as a gesture of good will. Extremely rare in current times. We have completed several building projects over the years and can honestly say we have not had such attentive and genuine customer service. We highly recommend MPL structural engineering and extend our gratitude and thanks for such exceptional work, which very sadly is rare to find today.
