After months of toing and froing around a party wall notice, which wasn’t really necessary but issued to our neighbours in good faith, they finally dissented a week before works were due to start. Obviously an incredibly stressful situation for us but luckily Michael was able to help us quickly and efficiently.

We were faced with a very difficult regulatory problem in seeking retrospective planning approval for a holiday let cottage that had been operating for four years (without our being aware that planning approval other than a 'change of use' had been required before we opened to the public).

We called on Michael to help and he threw himself into the task of preparing a 100-page submission (including evidence and photos) to Council. Last week planning approval was granted!

We relied throughout the process on Michael's deep knowledge of the Council planning process and all regulations associated with it.
