I've been with MSB for 3yrs I took semi retirement at the end of 2019
and went self employed.
I recieved a tax return form for 2019/2020 where I had been PAYE.
You would think been PAYE your tax was all correct WRONG.
I had a meeting with Jack at there Basildon branch and with in a minute after looking at my paper work Jack said I had paid to much tax to the tune of £5,500.
I had it in my bank within 3 months 🥳.
If it hadn't been for Jack I would never had known.
I can't praise MSB and Jack enough
and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone I know who is self employed or own their own business.

Jack has always explained things very well and made it very clear on what your books tally up to for your Business or as an individual.
