I've been working with Mullen Stoker for years now. They do the payroll and annual accounts for our small Limited company as well as my personal tax return every year.

I received an overpayment (double payment) from Mullen Stoker Chartered Accountants. After receiving a letter and voice mail while I was on holiday I repaid them the overpayment. I had to sort this out on my own time, which was very inconvenient. I would be concerned about using an accountant that has problems managing payments.
