Very poor service. I had my solicitor changed 4 times and only notified once. Countless calls to the office, with the promises of callbacks, never materialised. Emails that were sent with an automated reply of ‘Answered within 4 days’ remained unanswered. I was given very little update regarding my case and had to do most of the chasing myself. I paid upfront and it genuinely felt like once the had the money the urgency wasn’t there.
