It’s been a while since I last visited a dentist, and this experience reminded me why! Nearly £450 for two fillings, only to be left in absolute agony. The dentist clamped my lip on to my teeth, cutting it open, and I was crying in pain during the procedure. Lip was swore and swollen for a few weeks. Despite this, nothing was done to help. On top of that, I could barely understand what was being explained to me.

£192 for a filling that the dentist said had nearly healed.....no numbness needed.....10 mins in chair .....sat aug 31 appointment 11-40.
...totally and utterly unjustified and unjustifiable price
.....been coming to this practice for years but never again ........when you have treatment here get price upfront............DISGRACEFUL

Absolutely brilliant practice. As someone who as suffered severe anxiety at even stepping foot through the door, the entire team as been extremely supportive and encouraging in giving me a smile to be proud of.

Used this dental practice for over 20 years and I’ve mostly enjoyed my experience.. But today my checkup was the worst ever and everything about it felt so dirty even down to the safety glasses I was given to use covered in splashes of something that resembled someone else’s spit. The lady hygienist who looked after me after my check up was absolutely fantastic and I feel sorry that she had to move rooms due to the machine to scrape teeth not working. The kind lady behind the counter in resorption with red hair I think called nes has been brilliant and professional for so many year’s and she is why I’ve stuck it out through the recent decline. My personal opinion is stay away

A very clean, tidy and very welcoming dental practise. I visited on Saturday for a special event on Invisalign. all staff were friendly , supportive and very much about YOU. the manager on that day Jake was extremely helpful and i couldn't be more pleased to now be having Invisalign treatment with them. Thank you Jake and the team.

Been going to my dentist for years , as soon as you enter the practise you are put at ease , they are all very friendly and a happy crew. I'd certainly recommend anyone to go to this practise, everything is fully explained to you 😊 😀 😉

I am delighted with the treatment I received the outcome was amazing the staff are very friendly and professional my experience was a happy one and my dentist was caring and I carnt thank her enough I would definitely recommend this dentist
