Due to neglect, this company almost lost me the sale of my flat until my estate agent called in a favour from another solicitor at the 11th hour. When I reported NFL to the Legal Services Ombudsman, their fictitious retort was that I had been aggressive and that they had "withdrawn" their service. My complaint was upheld by the Ombudsman.
