We used Sian Morley to sell and buy our properties. Although there was a huge delay due to solar panels Sian kept a very impatient and frustrated me informed and up to date with everything. I had a very poor experience with Nalders, who I instructed to act on my behalf in a property transaction.

It was very difficult to get hold of the associate and I often had to send multiple emails to get a response, even then the response wouldn’t address the questions I had.

Title restrictions weren’t properly investigated until the last minute (week before exchange) which delayed the sale. Frustratingly, the buyers also pulled out shortly after.

I used a different firm the second time and I was pleasantly surprised at how much more efficient they were.

Please do yourself a favour and use a smaller, local firm, who actually value your business.

The National Accident Helpline connected me with this Solicitors Company. They rejected my case of "medical negligence" on the grounds that I had signed a form before my surgery at the hospital confirming that there is always a risk for the patient in the event of an operation. I wonder, how this company is even recommended for these types of law cases, when at the end of the day every patient HAS TO sign this form before starting an operation. It took them 4 days to let me know, a waste of my time and quite unprofessional. They advertise that they have been in business for 225 years. There was apparently not enough time to develop the basics of client-friendly legal work.

Terrible awful company, wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
Never return calls, lacking simple basic customer service, one solicitor in particular was supposed to return my call 3 times, never did. Kept me hanging around for 3 weeks promising to look into the matter and never did. Incompetence at the highest level.
