Natalie is so talented at what she does. I joined the 8 week Mindfulness (MBCT) Course with very little knowledge of the benefits of mindfulness practice and I'm so pleased to say that I now do! As a business owner, I find that I am often consumed by my work and feelings of anxiousness happen frequently. I recently attended the Mindfulness Course which was hosted by Natalie online, I really enjoyed each of the weekly sessions and it was a great introduction to meditation which I now use daily. Natalie has a warm manner and makes the sessions really enjoyable, I loved being able to elevate my self-care with this online course - the group scenario built a sense of community and it was great to hear from others throughout the course - would highly recommend!

To truly put into words how Natalie’s MBCT course has benefited me is impossible. Natalie’s delivery of this course has a unique balance of both “professional” and “personable” in expertly guiding you throughout. I have participated in 1:1 cognitive behavioural therapy in both a private & NHS setting and whilst this was a platform for me to build upon I don’t believe it was essential. Before starting this course I had never meditated before, loosely understood what mindfulness was and I was apprehensive about the term “homework”.
It was tough to start with and I felt frustrated on the days when I didn’t make time to practice, or struggled through the meditation but Natalie and her handouts were kindly reassuring that everything I was experiencing was completely normal. After finishing the course I now practice daily meditation and act more mindfully in my day to day life. For me, this was just the beginning of my mindfulness journey but from this I now feel much more prepared for the ride. I would highly recommend Natalie as a therapist and the online MBCT course!
