Do not use this company. They have no morals or ethics. They took money off a number of people to do training and never delivered that training. I took my mediation exam with them and they didn't even have the authority to sign off my assessment because they were no longer registered with CMC. They lie in emails and are extremely rude. Avoid. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Jade Smith w/ National Dispute Resolution stated that I owe $656.32 on a Visa credit card that I opened in 2016 w/ United Credit National Bank. She went on to say that the issuing bank was suing me for triple the amount, $1,968.32, and that I would be served w/ court papers. This scammer even had a woman call me (Maggie Miller) to say that she would be serving me w/ court papers the next day to appear in court regarding this credit card bill. I never opened a credit card in 2016 w/ United Credit National Bank. I did a little digging, and according to my research, United Credit National Bank history is as follows:

1997-02-03: Institution established: Original name: United Credit National Bank
2001-01-29: Closed voluntarily and liquidated its assets. SCAM - BEWARE.

You had an employee per-se trying to get money from me on a credit card that was never opened. He said it was from the bank of Marin. Which was bought out by first premier years ago.

The worst place to go for a mediation. So quick to the payment and then donot answer your calls, voicemails or emails. Called them atleast 50 times from last week.. please do not use these people.. Waste of money and time. Its nearly a month i have paid them but no contact after that..
