This is the best store in Stanmore! It’s a really specialist health store that I am so lucky to have on my doorstep. I have been going since it opened. Dharmesh and all the staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. Over the years, they have advised me on so many vitamins and minerals and they have such a wide range of gluten free & specialist foods. It’s a real treasure of a shop!

Very very nice owner and lovely ladies welcomed me (= first time customer) with kind, polite and friendly service!
I popped in to see if they have my favourite jam which is St Dalfour, and was so thrilled to find them in a good variety😊
The store is very organized and
looks neat. The prices are affordable too.
I'll definitely go back there in the future!

I have been a customer of Health Food Options for over 16 years. They are amazing team with specialist knowledge. Very recently, they suggested a product for an ongoing health issue which provided relief with the symptoms. Most of all they are very warm and friendly which is a rarity these days. I hope there were more shops out there like Natural Health Options!

I love this shop, supreme range of products, wonderful staff and a beautiful shopping environment, right down to the music. The NHO team, are eager to help, always, and happy to order items in if they are not available in store. This is a true gem of a shop on the Broadway and I am a forever fan!

Wow, this shop is the best health store in London. They have a variety of products, vegan and organic and a wide range of supplements , vitamins and minerals everything you need you can find there. The staff very friendly and knowledgeable! Great experience every time I visit them!

After having phoned a well known high street health shop and not finding what I needed, I decided to get in touch with Natural Health Options. I spoke with two members of staff ( I called 3/4 times) and asked a multitude of questions. Both ladies were kind and patient and did not hesitate to go and find products that may suit my needs. They also took the time to read the ingredients lists to me. I mentioned that I would be later that day to purchase their recommendations and found that all the products discussed were waiting for me upon my arrival. I then decided to take a good look around and bought, even more, the shop was well stocked with items that I have ONLY ever been able to find online.

I was served by a very friendly gentleman who was well versed in all the items I showed interest in. He informed me that anything I didn't see could be ordered.

An excellent find! I shall be back!

No problem with the shop or the owner who is a very friendly, nice man. My problem is with one of his imployes who is very rude, the old Eastern European woman with brown hair. She has a very negitive energy about her and is always very straight faced and has been quite rude to me a few times I have been in there and is always giving me weird looks which makes me feel very uncomfortable as on one occasion I have caught her talking about me to another staff member which is just weird as I do not know this woman, Like I said no problem with the shop or any other staff I always find what I am looking for in there. Just this one woman is very strange and should not be working serving people when she is clearly not a people person and has some unknown issues.

Hands down THE best health shop around. Everytime I visit for advice on particular health issues there is always trained and well knowledgeable staff available to help. I'm so grateful to be local to such a fantastic health shop which always delivers the best service and products that actually make a positive difference, would highly recommend!
