Me and my mother met Simon outside of work, mum was talking about things she wanted to put in place due to her health and Simon talked her through what he can do for her to support her with this. We decided to apply for both types of power of attorney and to make a will but due to mum not being well we was going to wait till she felt abit better. Simon called me to check in see how my mum was after a couple of days, he was so caring and understanding. When we was ready to fill out forms he fitted us in the day we contacted him which we really appreciated.
