The team at New Results have always been a great resource to call on and they have supported my student training needs at the 3 local academic institutions I have worked for. I mainly deal with Nicola and Nevil who are very helpful and responsive to my training needs, but their ‘after sales’ of being willing to chat to student attendees is well received and those students that take up the offer regularly report back to say that was a positive experience too.
I usually attend Nevil’s sessions and not only are the students engaged and interested but I usually learn a thing or two myself.

I have worked with New Results and in particular Nevil several times over the years. First coaching a customer service team I managed and more recently for my own sales development. I didn't only find that his sessions helped me (and with immediate effect) but they were also thoroughly enjoyable. We went into sufficient depth where required and when we decided we had enough understanding of an area we kept it light. It was also refreshing to see Nevil take his time to understand me as a person, us as an organisation and the objectives before beginning the scope. I couldn't recommend Nevil enough. And remember, Nevil remembers everything!

I would highly recommend Nevil and New Results to anyone thinking of exploring business development training. I've known about New Results and their work for years now. However last summer I took part in one of their confidence in business development programmes which was fantastic. The sessions were delivered completely virtually but it was still a great learning experience. The sessions were all very interactive and encouraged team work and peer learning with others that were on the course. So much effort was put in from their end, from creating workbooks for each session to follow up emails and leaving an open door for any questions after the session. I came away from that programme with a lot of confidence in myself and my role in business. It was my first experience of a virtual programme where we were required to interact, so it had my full engagement. I just recently completed their networking for beginners programme which was very helpful in busting myths around networking and also an eye opener in understanding the importance of networking and what networking actually is.
