Dan wasn’t only able to “fill the gaps” with regards to property knowledge, but also offered some real life advice.

After doing my own open source due diligence on a few YouTube’rs I found Dans credentials matched his genuineness so I took the leap and booked a 1hr one2one session. All’s I can say that 1hr might have saved me from making some bad choices so it’s invaluable to get some knowledge from someone who’s actually actively doing it. Really easy to talk to, no BS trying to upsell you anything. Gave me confidence in what I’m trying to set out to achieve.
