The service we received from our solicitor (Hollie Laird) was absolutely brilliant. Quite simply, without her persistent hard work on our behalf our house purchase never would have gone through. Great communication throughout the process as well. Would 100% recommend.

The service offered by Nicholson's was outstanding. They were very quick to respond to all my questions and gave very good advice. They made selling my mother's house as easy as possible. Particular thanks to Jeremy Elliott.

I recently used Nicholsons to chase an invoice.

They were professional, helpful, friendly and their court fees were very affordable compared to the no win / no fee type outfits I had quotes from.

Very effective so didn't need to go to court in the end.

Would definitely recommend if you need to chase a payment.

Absolutely shocking incompetence, waiting until a week before exchange to rush in valuation for lender, then on the day of exchange to realise they hadn't requested the funds in time and then next exchange date they released they hadn't got the redemption statement. Multiple delays caused by what should have been a very straight forward sale of a standard new build property. Put the whole chain at high risk and should this fall through. We will be seeking legal expenses and suing for gross negligence.
