A fantastic service from start to finish with Nicol & Co. Kelly was amazing getting the house marketed and sold, then Chloe was very diligent in terms of sales progression. Fantastic service from the start! The viewing process was amazing! Even extra help from Dan who made extra time in his day to squeeze us in for our second viewing because we loved the house so much! Special mention to Chloe who was amazing! It’s as if she shared our excitement for the purchase just as much as us! We have just sold our father's house through Nicols and I cannot fault their service. The sale went through without a hitch and we were kept fully up to date with every aspect. Such friendly staff. Especially Dan who kept us informed of all developments and then Chloe who was brilliant chasing up all the legal side of things with the solicitors. I have been looking for a property nearly six months and been with many agents.
I find the customer service of Nicol & Co is exceptionally high standards. The staff is always very responsive, friendly and supportive.

Confirmation of the viewing appointments buy text in addition to email is very helpful.
