Helpful and pleasant staff. I had my yearly eye check with Nikki 28/2/24. I paid for scan and found this really informative. Nikki took the time to explain the image, i felt reassured in that early detection leads to timely treatment.
I was given advice on dry eyes and my eye test remained the same so no change in prescription.

First time visiting Nikki Fenner opticians today. I don’t normally write reviews but felt the need today. I received excellent service from all of the team from the minute I arrived. Nikki took the time to explain the results of my eye imagining test I had done and then did a number of additional tests. My eyes have changed slightly since my last eye test but I wasn’t pressured to buy new glasses. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for an excellent optician and team who wants to see the same person each visit so they build up a history of any eye issues you have. So glad I went.

Nikki has been looking after my eyes for years, she can detect the tiniest change in prescription. Photos taken and records kept for future reference. The girls in the front of the shop are really helpful and honest when choosing frames and fitting. I highly recommend and personally wouldn't go anywhere else.

Over the last 15+ years Nikki has continually provided me with excellent comprehensive eye examinations and sight testing. Every question asked is answered with clarity and a clear understanding.
Having been to a number of other opticians around the UK, I can honestly say that Nikki Fenner’s is by far the best.
I definitely would not trust my eyes to any of the chain stores that are trying to provide cheaper eye test.
Our eyes are important to us and deserve the continual care and attention that Nikki provides.

Excellent, friendly service. The eye examination was possibly the most comprehensive one I've ever had (I paid a little extra for a scan) but the whole process and results were thoroughly explained by Nikki.
Choosing frames and lenses was also a pleasure. No pressure, and honest advice was given.
Thoroughly recommend this opticians and much better than some of the big chains I have been to in the past. Please support your local, independent opticians!
