It was quite a bit of work including changing floors, restoring old floors and stairs, painting throughout, moving radiators, changing ironmongery etc. Overall, could not be happier with the work done. There was a lot of work to be done on my parents' old home, stripping and removing old decor - floors, walls and ceilings - and renovating and updating the space. Gas and electrics also had to be updated. Nilo Construction not only attended to the work impeccably, keeping me informed throughout, but also offered helpful advice on new flooring and making safe some old asbestos tiling.

Don't hesitate, pick Nilo Construction, it is definitely worth it. Nilo Construction renovated my duplex flat in less than 3 weeks almost entirely, managing complaining neighbors, late and broken deliveries and most of all earlier than expected furniture deliveries. They were very professional, attentive and very much listening to what I wanted but they also provided good advice that I took (they made me change the toilet which was not planned but it turned out they were more than right as it was molded). They were fast to answer and made a complicated and stressful process of renovating as smoothless as possible. They were really the best choice I could make. I am very grateful for the work they have done and they priced it fairly.
The interior designer I worked with was so impressed by the work that she decided to hire them for other jobs.
They did a tremendous job and gave me really good advice, were helpful and did all of that with a smile. If there was any problem, they will inform me and provide me with a solution. I can't be more pleased with the results and I would definitely use Nilo Construction again in the future (and have pass on details to all my friends).
