It was clear from the start of the project that David was not only and excellent builder but also had a huge amount of experience as a project manager. The final build was of the highest standard and the cost had been estimated accurately. David’s team were professional throughout and maintained a clean and safe site. I would recommend Nolan building for any size project with the confidence of a job done properly.

On recommendation I contacted NBC LTD for a quote on a loft conversion in our home. The project was under a time constraint for completion which was no issue at all. The work was finished to the highest standards and the staff were polite and obliging. Dave's hand's on and approachable manner made the project run flawlessly. NBC Ltd have carried out several medium sized construction projects at our offices over the last few years (a Central London charity based organisation).
What is evident is the experience and professionalism that is delivered from start to finish of each project.
NBC Ltd provided us with innovative and cost effective solutions for our projects which were delivered during challenging circumstances. These projects were remarkably finished on time and within budget which is credit to the teams. Also the aftercare post completion of these projects was above and beyond.
I would 100% recommend Dave and his team if you are looking for advice for construction/design solutions, which are delivered with a high level of competency and transparency, which can be rare in the building industry.
We will without a doubt be using NBC Ltd again in the future.

Dave talks in a clear and no-nonsense way, so I know what the problems and solutions are without smoke and mirrors! Costings well explained.
Timings and management of teams is efficiently handled and I can easily contact Dave at any stage with questions or concerns.

We asked Dave to have a look at our project, he has a great "can do" attitude and had some really good advice on how to take things forward. The cost and delivery of our project was bang on. Dave kept us in the loop the whole time. Thanks Dave spot on.
