We moved to Nordens 2 months ago and we are delighted with the service. We are going some big changes company and they have held our hand the whole way. The team are so helpful and knowledgable. A special mention for Mitch who heads the company- always accessible and is there if you have a question or need support - no issue is too small or too silly to ask. Then Hayley on the payroll is so responsive , kind and efficient and I feel totally confident she is managing my staff payments. Hollie in accounts is so on it. I feel at ease that she is supporting and heading our book-keeping. Finally Maria is so a wealth of information in all intricate business matters including VAT.
What a professional team and I’m filled with confidence that the business will be managed fantastically!

We were having protracted problems in chasing outstanding invoices from one of our clients. despite numerous attempts and promises of payment we eventually had to escalate the problem to Nordens who assisted in chasing the debt. They very quickly contacted the client and in a professional and polite manner requested payment but again were let down with unfulfilled promises. This was followed up with a final request for payment and glad to say was successful. The service was prompt, professional and with a good outcome, we could not thank Jan Diamond enough for her input.
