Our company, Business Writers Ltd, has relied on Norfolk IT Services for more than 10 years (since July 2013 or earlier). We first turned to Jason in an emergency and were delighted by the service. Now we call him whenever we have a tech problem or need a PC upgrade.

He has helped us buy new and refurbished machines, boost processor speeds, and debug and upgrade systems, while protecting our data at all times. He has even fixed issues remotely (including on one occasion a frozen mouse pad). He is fast, efficient and great value - and always takes time to explain any issues.
