Very friendly on arrival but that's where it ended I'm afraid. 1 month to get an initial divorce letter written and I had to keep chasing, lost all confidence in them but with respect they sorted out a refund very quickly. I'm sure this is not usual practice but for me it made a stressful situation worse. Hence I've since gone elsewhere.

I used family law this year a past few months ago and I must say they are absolutely brilliant! , i felt at ease and very comfortable about using them they took the time to listen to my self and my case and all the details which was so nice , Always checking with my self on if I understood the process of my court case asking if I was ok, listening and generally taking the time to get all the facts and my feelings about the matters , I very much would recommend! them to everyone who needed a solicitor, the lady I had work my case was amazing and so lovely , I had not been through it before and was so scared and panicked she made me feel so at ease, such an amazing law firm.

Honestly, the worst customer service I have ever received. Firstly, I'm greeted by an abrupt "Hello, who is this" followed by one of their lawyers telling me that I somehow got through to his private number yet I used the number they have posted on the website secondly I am put on hold for 5 minutes, after which I hang up. Then I call another office in Northampton and the woman just says "Yeah sorry we're struggling to take on new clients", it's best that way because I'm not going to pay people that don't have basic respect.

Wanted to give zero stars but wouldn't let me. They have managed to drag a simple financial settlement out for over three years continually throwing spanners in the works to cost me more money. Sub standard service on so many levels, failure to callback, reply to emails or acknowledge me in anyway at times. I am lodging a full complaint against them have cost me thousands and I'm still no further to a resolution. AVOID AT ALL COSTS ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!!!

Both I and my partner have employed Northants family law to help us through divorce proceedings. We found this practice friendly with its team being very down to earth and great value for money. A special mention to Marie who went above and beyond with helping us through those tough times .

This time last year I was in utter turmoil, with the help I received from Northants family law was incredible. I had Haidee as my solicitor, I couldn’t recommend her more. Right from the get go Haidee was always kind, patient and understanding. She was also very consistent and did everything right for me. It was a hard case that had its ups and downs but she represented me fantastically. I would recommend Haidee purely on her poffesionilsm her calm and reassuring method not to mention her eye for detail. I can’t thank her assistant Alexander jones who helped me through some trying times and also Alexander’s caring nature yet determined and professionalism helped me through. I would recommend Northants family law to anyone who is struggling with child care arrangements. Also the receptionist at Northampton Alison I think her name is was always patient, professional and understanding.
