I found Vikki on Facebook advertising her advocacy service for parents like myself and so glad I did. Immediately after our first consultation I felt like Vikki understood me and my worries. Vikki has been brilliant in supporting me with attending a school meeting to voice / raise concerns and also using her knowledge and expertise in a professional and parental capacity, was able to help put things in place for my son I know he wouldn’t have received otherwise. Vikki is a really lovely, comforting and reassuring soul and I’d highly recommend using her services.

I used Northants send family services, to help to apply for an EHCP. Speaking to vikki was like a breath of fresh air, after endless waiting lists, feeling like people just didn't understand and feeling "unseen". Vikki was absolutely amazing at explaining every step of the way, giving expert advice but also speaking from her heart, because she lives this everyday. She supported us through the difficult process of applying for the EHCP and once we eventually achieved it, I couldn't thank her enough. There is no way I could have got through the process without her, and I wouldn't want to.

Vikki's wealth of knowledge combined with her kindness made a very difficult and confusing situation so much easier to navigate. She went above and beyond to support us through mediation and always checked in personally to see how WE were. A fantastic service.
