Sarah Paul was SO helpful. If I have any more problems in the future, I hope it's you who answers the phone again.

Plumber sent out the same day after speaking to Sarah and not hearing anything back the previous day from someone else.

Sarah even made her colleague aware that I would be calling back if I hadn't heard anything as she wasn't in in the afternoon.

Brilliant customer service, incredibly kind and thoughtful. Even gave me a courtesy call to ensure everything was okay.

Just wanted to say what excellent service I received from Joana Ursica. I rented out my property through Northwood and even after the tenant vacated and the house was on the market she continued to provide first class service and support with maintenance and other issues.
