Cheryl was so honest and amazing and supportive from day one. Didn't sugarcoat anything unlike other agents. The price was fair and again she was upfront about this.
I loved her honesty from day one. She also understood that I suffer with anxiety and literally her and her team held my hand throughout the whole process!
The Thorne team are very knowledgeable and professional and I honestly wouldn't have been able to get through the stress of selling my house without them!

Just over a year ago we moved my mother in law into an assisted living apartment. Northwoods handled the sale of her house, her home of 52 years and were the agents for the apartment. Understandably my mother in law was very anxious and worried about the move. But right from the very first meeting, Cheryl put my mother in law at ease and was so kind and loving to her.
Sadly move forward a year and my mother in law passed away and it was up to Cheryl and her team to sell the apartment. Again understandably my wife was so upset but Cheryl showed the same compassion to her as she did my mother in law. In fact the whole team have been so lovely and of course so professional. They kept us up to date at every turn and made the whole process so smooth.
You get a lovely feeling when you go into the office and it’s matched by their professionalism. Thank you to the whole team at Northwoods.

We have just completed on our purchase with Northwood and they have been excellent. Lindsey kept us informed and also was very patient with me when we had issues with our solicitors. She went above and beyond the call of duty in chasing our solicitors up and if she was unavailable, one of the other friendly girls in the office was ready to help.
We have just woken up on the first morning in our bungalow and we couldn't be happier.

I recently had a horrible experience renting through this rental agency. Despite promptly filling out all the necessary paperwork, they ignored our form. Their communication was absurdly poor. The agents looked us straight in the eye and lied to us. It was very frustrating to deal with such an unprofessional company providing terrible service.

Other agency I have spoken to have been an order of magnitude better - responsive, efficient and honest. providing terrible service.
