Five stars all the way. I can only say I wish I'd found Sarah and her team sooner. Sarah provides exceptional service, nothing is too much trouble and no question is a silly question. Her advice and support have been unwavering, especially during Covid, when I contacted her a number of times for advice. I really feel like she genuinely cares about us and our businesses. Thank you Norwoods you are blooming awesome! I would recommend in a heartbeat. If Carlsberg made Accountants........

Terrible service. Do NOT use them!... I started my business at the end of last year and had a meeting with Sarah to discuss accountancy and explained that this was the first time I had done this so all very new to me.

After our meeting I emailed to ask which of their services were chargeable and how much it would cost me etc... No response. The next thing I know I am getting an invoice from them for something I knew nothing about. I never said that I would like to use their services, I never even had a quotation from them or any contact at all but I now have an invoice to pay.

I was a bit confused as to what this was for so I emailed to ask, explaining that I had never had a quotation from them or anything and there must be a miscommunication but I would be happy to use their services and pay, I just needed to know what this was for.

The reply I got was very rude and childish - Sarah just completely removed me from their client list. Excellent. All I wanted was an explanation of what I was paying for, not asking much right?

As mentioned, I told them from the start that this is my first time and I would need a little guidance but they had no contact with me and then decided to just charge me for something I knew nothing about and then remove me completely without speaking to me. Absolute disgrace! DO NOT USE!!!
