Rang this firm to get a commissioner of oaths service on a Statutory Decleration form. Very simple job. Delightful lady on first call said they had to see form first before you go in ( not sure why as a standard form!). Second time I rang in as I knew when I would have the form and to book an appointment. I got a very unhelpful lady. Refused to book in an appointment even provisionally! When I rang back just after 12pm on a Friday to progress this I got answer phone saying they were open 9am to 5pm that day!! Left message - no call back. I would be very wary of using this unprofessional firm if they cannot get such a simple job sorted.

Amazing service and very supportive on my request for an apostille. Shoutout to Debbie for her remarkable professionalism - She kindly answered all my questions and responded to my emails within minutes. That was much appreciated given the urgency of the apostille request. What I thought to be a big burden was shorted within a few working days. Thanks again 🙂

I have been using Victor Welsh for a number of years now. I can honestly say the service has always been professional. There have been times when we have required a quick turn around of a notarised document and Victors office have always been flexible and offered their support. The worst thing I ever done was contact this company . I was not the executer to my fathers will my uncle was,but because he is extremely deaf I always went with him to help with this. At first the solicitor in charge of my fathers paperwork was lovely he was friendly and had good people skills and always respectful . For about 15 months we did not hear anything so when I rang the solicitors they knew nothing about my dads will and the solicitor had left. The solicitor who then took over was the complete opposite to the first. Arrogant, snappy and disrespectfull he kept reminding me i was not their client YET he would ring ME and ask ME to get valuations for my dads house amongst other things. The solicitor in question asked if i was going to buy my fathers house i said yes so he invited my husband and I to go and talk about it which we did. At the meeting we said we were going ahead so he advised that I go and get a solicitor for the conveyencing of the house which we did i recieved the paperwork and began to fill it in we went away for a few days and whilst on holiday the above named solicitors told me they were getting the house valued again (i had only just paid about / months before for 3 valuations .) I was devastated and could not work out why they were doing this now after telling me to go and start with the conveyancing from another solicitor,surely this should of been done before telling me to go ahead with the house. When I complained i was not spoken too very well they could not see why i was upset. Anyway I could go on and on their bill including tax just slightly under £20,000 . I think regular staff training in communication skills and customer service is a must for this company .I am a proffesional nurse who respects other people maybe you should do the same Avoid.

Victor Welsh is the most obnoxious man i have ever come across. I am an executor of my late brother's will. He went to court and forgot to mebtion a will had been left. Took all my Brotgers money and never told anyone. He beeds to be be struck off
