Horrible, unprofessional behaviour. Take your business ANYWHERE ELSE.

It feels like a scam. I enquired about signing and witnessing a statutory declaration and was told it would be £200! For a service that takes five minutes. I asked around and found that the going rate for this is £5-10 so I will be going elsewhere. I think it’s ridiculous that this woman thinks she can charge 40x the going rate for a service.

Not to mention, it took days to receive and email response and the communication was awful. My concerns in my emails were ignored and I was told to just tell them when I was available so they could book an appointment.

Extremely poor communication. I tried to arrange an appointment multiple times but Emma let me down without letting me know (only after the fact). I would not recommend.
