Prompt response and clear communication.

I have retained the services of this notary in order to certify documents relating to my academic degrees. Throughout the process I was informed of the procedures each step of the way and the team was prompt and clear in the answers to any of my questions.

The only "downside" as it were, is that the website used for the payment of the necessary fees is not the easiest to navigate when it comes to filling info or getting proof of payment - but this does not relate directly to the notary public, just a suggestion that the team might want to communicate with the payment company to make things easier.

But in regards to the service provided, I have no complaints.
