My experience with Nuffield Health has been overwhelmingly positive, particularly when it comes to the quality of care. From the moment I began my treatment journey, I felt I was in very capable hands. The consultants I've seen have been excellent – knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely invested in my well-being. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all my questions, and make me feel comfortable and confident in their care.
I also want to give a special shout-out to the clinic bookings team, who have been incredibly helpful and efficient in arranging my appointments, often going the extra mile to accommodate my needs. Especially Stacey and Joanne.

While I've had such positive experiences with the medical staff, I do think there's room for improvement in some other areas. The customer service and reception experience could be more consistent. Sometimes it's been excellent, other times less so. However, this is a relatively minor point when weighed against the fantastic medical care I've received. The most important thing, the quality of treatment, is where Nuffield Health truly shines. Despite the minor hiccups with customer service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nuffield Health to anyone seeking top-notch medical care. The expertise of the consultants and the efficiency of the clinic bookings team far outweigh any minor shortcomings, making it a very good hospital overall.

Could not fault the staff here really friendly and nice place very clean i was well looked after from Mr Wade the Surgeon who did my operation the whole theatre team were great. Victoria i think she was a staff nurse very good explained everything and Linda who sorted my food out and generally fussed about could not do enough. So yes this pair stood out thank you ladies 👍

I've just moved to Paul Ferguson haematologist....as Dr Dr Jacob from Wolverhampton retired. I'm local to Nuffield, Newcastle under Lyme anyway so this is not a stand-alone post. Helpful and professional throughout from front desk to a range of consultants I've seen over the years....what has prompted me to leave a review is a member of staff from the path lab. Big shout out to Bev who has absolutely gone beyond the call of duty to.look after me, and ensure that my treatment was First Class! Grateful Thanks from an appreciative patient!

My whole experience at the Nuffield was excellent throughout. From out patients, pre-op and after the surgery. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. The standard of care was excellent, I felt confident throughout my experience. They ensured my safety following the anaesthetic and recovery. Every member I came into contact with very friendly and caring.

I was booked in for operation on my knee and from checking in to discharge I was blown away by the care and attention of all members of staff. They made sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout my stay. Exceptionally clean place and very hard working attentive staff. Well done to the whole team at Nuffield health.

I've recently been under the care of Dr Paul Ferguson (haematology).
The nurse who took my bloods was amazing - I'm awful with blood samples but I didn't feel a thing and I had to have 7 viles taken so she did well!
Today I've been for CT scans. The Senior Radiologist Asif, was fab. Really welcoming, explained everything and was considerate with the canula placement knowing how I am with needles.
I have yet to have my final check up with Dr Ferguson, however on my last two appointments he's been friendly, thorough and been very accommodating as I've needed to bring my 6 year old along with me.
All in all, great care all round hence me seeing the need to post a review!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Attended Nuffield for an MRI and was nervous about my appointment, I was made to feel at ease right from the start, was kept updated and reassured throughout. The process was very quick, no waiting around beforehand. Thank you so much.
