Although I had googled this company's reviews and was happy to contact them, our estate agent also recommended them. From 1st contact the service we received was excellent. We met Greg who was the surveyor carrying out our survey. Greg is a very nice guy. Very professional and gave us a complete honest opinion on the property we were purchasing which we were more than happy with. Greg also advised us when we could expect our report. We would highly recommend this company.

Stewart was very helpful in explaining the different level of surveys and answering the many questions I had. Being a FTB I decided on a level 3 survey with valuation and the process from instruction to end report was seamless. The portal is very easy to use. I was able to chat with the surveyor a few days later to have more in depth understanding of what it all meant. This was helpful to me. I recommend Nuven.

Nuven recently carried out a level 3 survey for us. Lindsay and all the office team were very helpful and efficient.
Our surveyor was James Frooms, who provided a detailed and easy to understand survey with pictures, and advice for further action we needed to take. James phoned after completing the survey to talk us through the main findings and was readily accessible by phone when we had further queries. He is pleasant, efficient and very patient, taking time to explain and advise.
We would definitely use Nuven again and would be very glad to have James as our surveyor.

Giles has been massively proactive throughout the survey process, following up with messages and calls. The Level 2 survey produced was incredibly thorough and Giles was willing to spend an hour on the phone post-survey to run through all aspects of the findings in detail in a logical, systematic way. He explained everything in clear and understandable language, offered advice and support, and signposted to additional resources where required. We couldn't have asked for more from the survey process.

We needed a ‘Red Book’ valuation for a property that we had inherited. After conducting a search on the internet we found a number of companies on the web but eventually settled on Nuven. This was mainly down to the price. We must admit we were a bit sceptical at first because they were considerably cheaper than any of the others that we had found but after reading their reviews we thought we’d give them a go. We’re really pleased that we did. The whole process was professional and efficient and although mostly conducted online there is always the option of actually speaking to someone if the need arises. The end result was a ‘RICS’ approved report which was delivered to us (electronically) after 48 hours of the survey being conducted. We would particularly like to thank Greg who guided us through the whole process when we needed. In sum, an excellent, professional service and one which we would definitely recommend.
