Harold was very prepared for our mediation which really assisted with settling a case that I thought we had no chance of resolving. His background knowledge of the parties helped him interact with my client which was very beneficial for orchestrating a settlement. The other aspect of the mediation that stood out was Harold's understanding of the law and the method he used to convey to my client his thoughts of the outcome if we did not settle and end up at trial. He mediated a debt collection case, in which I represented the Defendant.
