I have been with OA for just over a year now and Erin is incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. She's been my biggest advocate, she is extremely supportive and someone you can be honest with. Charlotte and the team were very helpful in helping me find a new job, they made the whole daunting process as stress free as possible, the interview process was smooth and they helped make sure I was as prepared as possible for this, they then helped me negotiate a good package in my new role. I have been looking for office opportunities for a long time period. However, when Office Angels got in touch with me to help, they managed the day after my return from holidays to sign me up as a temp with a company.. long story short, I am now a permanent employee at the company. 😁

Quite a horrible experience that left me feeling like I had done something wrong. Applied and got an interview for a role the whole time the agent was in contact with me calling and emailing on the lead up to the interview obviously this was only her act as obviously paid on commission. As soon as I had my interview the agent just left me completely in the dark and stopped contacting I felt my interview went well and it took me having to chase her for an update after 3 days of silence. I felt very in the dark and anxious as if I upset either the employer or agent. Finally i got a call to say you were unsuccessful and I have no feedback bye. Im not upset I was unsuccessful more upset the lack of sudden communication it seems to be the agent knew for a while I didn't get the role and just decided to try and ignore me for what reason I dont know as we all know you cant be successful in every interview. What a horrible experience for someone who done hours of research on a role they really loved to just be cut off like that and im upset and the lack of feedback when I finally heard from the agent. I can see she has no reviews on here at all on here and I cant say I am surprised.
