My hospital room and the hospital itself were gorgeous as far as hospitals go! All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Organisation was amazing and everything was so efficient. The staff were comforting, reassuring and able to answer my questions. The cleanliness is excellent. I might have just been unlucky but my only complaint would be that my particular consultant had very limited availability.

One Hatfield surpassed all expectations. My treatment and care were faultless. From the warm welcome at reception to seeing me out after surgery I was made to feel like a valued individual. Everyone introduced themselves from the catering staff,l, to the nursing staff and consultants. This is how healthcare can be done. We are often at our most vulnerable in a hospital situation be reassured that you will very well looked after by a superb team.

I recently had the pleasure of a hip consultation at One Hatfield hospital.
This hospital is beautifully clean and tidy with a very large, stylish, reception area, plenty of comfortable seats and an attached coffee shop.
The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating.
There is plenty of free parking with numerous disabled spaces adjacent the main entrance door.
The hospital was easy to find, being very close to the A1M.
Everything went very smoothly and on time for me. Very impressed so far.

Easy to find with ample free parking. This is a modern building well laid out with easy access to all the departments. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I've been both an in patient and out patient and cannot fault the service provided.

I had surgery done by Mr Hyder Ridha on the 30th Of January 2025. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by friendly faces and kept informed of what was going on throughout. The room I stayed in was immaculate and every single staff member was so lovely! The food was also incredible!

Mr Ridha has honestly transformed my life already from the surgery! The results from my surgery have exceeded my expectations! Thank you so much!

Since being discharged I have attended two post op clinics to have my dressings changed and again the nurses were amazing! So friendly and made me feel so comfortable. If I could give 10 stars I would!

As someone with bad claustrophobia, I was honestly dreading my MRI scans.
The hospital was welcoming and bright.
The radiology staff were kind and compassionate. Telling me I was in control at all times.
I had a panic attack at the start of the 1st scan, and the staff were so kind & understanding. Giving me control & time to reset.
They also gave me a 5 minute break between each scan, and I wasn't made to feel silly for my earlier reaction - just something they deal with every day .
The results were with my NHS consultant within 3 days.

How can you say wonderful experience when you have just had a partial knee replacement surgery. Was in trepidation but the great result is the story in itself.
Physician, theatre team and the ward exceeded my expectations and kicking off physio was excellent. Home after two days and feel very pleased. I am recommending this as a great private hospital - no more Spire
