Jake was definitely the lighthouse in rough seas for our extension project when it came to pulling up the builder on his shoddy work! We somehow took on a builder who was recommended but turned out to be a nightmare! Jake was extremely professional in every sense of the word and he’s just so down to earth and friendly. His technical drawings of the beams required to hold up the back of the house were brilliant and clear to follow. Despite this, the builder and his team miscalculated the installation and tried rectifying in their own ‘creative’ way. Jake had to make multiple extra visits to assess the situation and come up with additional amendments to fix the issues created by the incompetent builder.
It was a long and difficult journey and in the end we got a safe and lovely extension. I want to thank Jake and his team, including Danielle who was always so helpful and polite at the end of the phone. I wouldn’t hesitate to use the professional services of this company as you will not be disappointed. I have gone on to recommend Jake to my family who are now embarking on their own projects and I feel secure knowing they are in safe hands. Well done Jake and thank you once again.
