Don't bother going if you've suffered any mental health issues, or at least don't disclose it if you do decide to go as they will discriminate against you by turning you away, citing that they aren't equipped to help people with mental health issues even though there are plenty of other places that will gladly help you even if you have any mental health issues.

Ongo talk the councilling service is and excerlant service they provide l would recommend.
But when it comes to the employment serport service l feel dont find them very helpfull they juge a lot not all the staff but some of them make judgments about myself there more bothered about they pay check than taking you seriously thetes ate some nice staff its a shame
