I have used Matt and the team at onsite IT twice now. On both occasions they were exceptionally helpful and sorted the issues I had with my work laptop. They are always welcoming and it feels like you are chatting with your friendly work IT support team. I cannot recommend them highly Enough and will have no hessitation in sending family and friends to them if/when they have IT on issues.

Such a lovely company! Kian did a great job setting up a new laptop for me with all the apps I could have needed for work, and Matthew was so patient running me through how to use the laptop and all the bits and bobs I would need to know. Their remote service is incredible and really helps to illustrate how to fix any problems or issues I was having so I could see step-by-step! Their response time was almost immediate and they provided such an amazing service. Deborah was also very kind and a lovely first point of contact. They really know their stuff, and are so knowledgable about IT in multiple sectors , in my case education! 10/10 would highly recommend 🙂

I called On Site this morning after being hacked on all my social media accounts. Firstly, the lady who reassured me on the phone was amazing she told me to bring my laptop straight in and directed me very calmly with the next steps. I was brought into a room with sofas and offered a lovely cup of tea. Matthew then helped me recover my accounts and very calmy helped me reset all my passwords. I would 1000% recommend. They were super lovely, friendly and had a very calm presence. Thank You again! 🙂

They have always provided us with a first class service, responding promptly if we have problems and sorting them in a timely manner. They manage our network, emails our PCs, servers etc ensuring we are protected from malware, viruses, scammers etc at all time so we are as safe as we can be on the internet. As a financial services company it is imperative that our data is protected and monitored constantly and Lexden have done this for us.
