I had a break from working as a Care Manager for a while and I was looking for a course that will help me prepare again for the work when the opportunity comes. I stumbled upon Issac's 7 day challenge. I never regret taking the challenge despite of our time difference. It was empowering and inspirational. Having read Issac's book, we implemented lots of changes to improve the service provided to our residents and improving the care home overall. Issac also conducted a mock inspection which was very helpful in moving our care home forward. The feedback report from the mock inspection was very detailed and easy to understand.
