Posting a review on behalf of my mum, June Turner. Received 3 years of therapy by Maureen Wicks, who was very kind, helpful and supportive. The treatment helped to delay the need of a knee replacement and helped to look after my replacement hip. The therapy given is still evolving and I am sure will help many more people like me in the future.

Following the injury I was referred to Parks therapy centre in Bedford. Communication was great, I was updated by a letter, text messages and phone calls. My therapist was Rachel Pinto, who assessed my issue during the appointment and recommended a set of exercises. In less than a month there was a great improvement and I went back to normal. Very happy and thank you very much.

I was referred for endless back/hip pain. I was seen by Ivan Thrush, He was professional, polite and understanding. The exercises he gave me was doable. He explained how and why it would help build my core. It helped reduce pain & build momentum to do more. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent assessment, treatment and support for long-standing sciatic pain. Mandeep is the first physio I’d seen in nearly a year of pain and consultations who prescribed strengthening exercises rather than stretching and massage. It worked! Very quick efficient appointments, helpful follow-up action plan on the app, and lots of encouragement. Very happy.

Although I had to wait longer than advised to be given an appointment to see a physiotherapist, I was very pleased with the assessment and treatment programme given by Rachel. Within a week of beginning the exercises there was a dramatic improvement in the reduction of pain in my arm and hand. After two months the pain has gone and I have been discharged. A satisfactory outcome. Thank you Rachel.

I have suffered for many months with shoulder pain and was referred by my GP to Parks Therapy Centre Bedford. After a very detailed assessment by Rachael, a program of exercises were provided via a smart phone App with clear videos of the exercises, a daily schedule and a record of achievement. After 3 months of exercises, with regular one to one reviews, the pain has disappeared.
Friendly and supportive staff throughout. Highly recommended.
