Our request for a viewing was outside of office hours but we were contacted within 30 mins and Nick agreed to take time out of his weekend to allow us to view the property.
His high level of professionalism was a constant throughout the process of us buying our new home.
He was exceptional when delays occurred, and acted as a go between the solicitors. He encouraged them to converse with each other more efficiently to bring the process to a satisfactory end for us as buyers.

They we personable and friendly and made the whole stressful process of house buying much more pleasant. They were also good at the little things, like it never being to much trouble for us to pop back to the property to measure up for things like blinds or white good.
