Avoid using this company and specifically their employee with the initials HG at all costs! Totally incompetent and have caused issues from day one to completion, resulting in a significant financial loss to at least two of the linked sales involved in the chain.

No messing around with conveyancing at all. Clare sends you everything as soon as it comes, and they are nicely accessible for hand delivering paperwork. They were much cheaper than the big company I used last time and you even get a direct dial- how often do you get that? The icing on the cake is that when Clare had a holiday halfway through our sale, their previous conveyancer covered and nothing was held up in the slightest. Very professional outfit and deserving of your custom. Thanks.
