Really recommend the business. Took old Samsung tablet in to them to see if it could be repaired. They throughly checked it over . Told it wasn't worth trying to fix it. Advised another company where we could get a reconditioned tablet and said if we brought it to them,they would transfer stuff over. Not charged for there time. Great service.

I highly recommend this company. Paul couldn't have been more helpful. He tried for hours to remotely repair my Laptop, then collected both my PCs, repaired them and bought them back the same day. The charge was surprisingly reasonable. What superb service. It couldn't have been better.

A company with the customer in mind, having super knowledge on my Tower computer. So much so the problem was resolved in a day, and at a very good price too. The technician certainly knew his way around computers, and made some adjustments which improved the computer removing some programs and adding an other all at no cost, I would strongly recommend visiting
PC PartX for computer problems, and also checking out a wide arrange of computers, and add ones at good prices too.
They offer advice freely and well worth a visit with Christmas not far away.

I called into PC-PartX recently to enquire about my IPAD and the removal of part of my earphone connection that became stuck inside the port. The staff were extremely helpful and succeeded at removing the part (was very fiddly to try and remove!). Unfortunately, the connection was damaged (That will teach me for purchasing cheap, non genuine Apple headphones). The staff were all really helpful and signposted me to an alternative option to connect my earphones.
They were not going to charge for their use of time, so insisted that I contribute a small fee for their time.

Went in today for a replacement part for a pc we bought from this shop. The young man at the counter was very helpful and went to the back to help find a replacement. His boss then told the man to ‘leave that job as we will only make a quid off it, and not to help me’. You may have only made a quid off helping me today, but you have lost my custom in future. If that’s how you treat customers who keep coming to your shop then you don’t deserve to be in business.

A cartridge wouldn't work for my Kids Switch. Tried 2 of the same game cartridge but neither worked. He tried all sorts to get it to work and tried cleaning out the cartridge port but to no avail. He didn't charge me anything. Thank you for trying.
