Frankie is absolutely amazing and I wish all of my friends and family could take part in her classes which always offer a welcoming and safe space to reflect without judgement. I started attending Frankie’s session on a recommendation, I had never meditated before but I was desperate to find something to help with my anxiety and just overall wellbeing. Frankie has been so supportive, even getting me into the studio when I was so set on just doing online classes because I was nervous to be in a room with new people. Most recently Frankie has helped me with travelling anxiety, I’m currently writing the review by the pool in Tenerife which I couldn’t have done without Frankie’s techniques and support - it’s been over 10 years since I have done a long flight, never mind one without a panic attack. This woman is like gold dust and I feel so grateful that I have found her 🩷

One of my favourite analogies, that Frankie uses is, 'you know that you should exercise your body, so why wouldn't you exercise your mind'.
If you are willing to bring an interest and an open mind, you will definetly take something from these classes.
Frankie is very personable, supports her statements with science and is always willing to take ideas and opinions on board.

I have been attending Frankie’s sessions for a couple of months now and enjoyed them so much I started some one-to-one sessions with her too!
Genuinely, Frankie is amazing – she was born to do this!
All her sessions allow time to talk through how you’re feeling (or not, if you’re not feeling it – but I can guarantee you’ll want to open up!) and share your thoughts or worries. Frankie has such a lovely supportive, welcoming and calming approach and she has created a safe space, where I feel completely at ease and able to share my story with her/the group. No one is judged, nothing is daft or silly and Frankie is there the whole time to support you as are the like-minded people who are on their own journey but also cheering you on through yours too!
In my one-to-one sessions, Frankie listened to my worries/concerns and tailored the sessions around a particular area of my life. This gave me the tools to both see and approach things differently which has honestly been life changing (no joke!).
Frankie’s studio is beautiful, with gorgeous views of the Fish Quay. It is such a calming space and the little touches such as cozy blankets and herbal teas really add to the experience.
Frankie is amazing at what she does, and I can’t ever imagine a time I won’t want to work with her now. If you’re thinking of signing up to a session, please do, I guarantee you’ll love it!

Frankie is very warm and approachable and I can’t recommend her courses highly enough.

I was completely new to meditation (and slightly skeptical), starting with the zoom classes, then in person, and over a year later it has made such a positive difference to my life. I have a real fear of flying and public speaking but using the meditation techniques Frankie taught me I recently flew to New York to speak at a conference and not only survived but actually enjoyed it! I found Peace of Mind Meditation at a time in my life when I needed a new direction, more focus on wellness and less attention to working myself into the ground.

Frankie offers both studio and remote sessions via zoom, both with the same level of content, professionalism, expertise and sense of peaceful calm.

The classes are uplifting, relaxing and life changing in equal measures.

Aftercare support and access to resources following sessions mean that practice can be continued independently in between sessions.

I cannot recommend Frankie and Peace of Mind meditation enough.

Even if you are slightly sceptical that this could work for you to bring a sense of peace to your life, give it a go. The effects of daily meditation are science proven!! Xx

As a complete novice and wondering how mediation would benefit my life, I have found classes with Frankie to be very insightful.
I had focussed on how to be physically healthy but until now, had not included my mental health. I am learning techniques to help understand that being present in the moments and just being me are leading to to a more aware, happy and centred life.
